Description
Professional & Clean Studio
Located at 311 Exchange Ave., Endicott, NY 13760, we occupy around 3,000 sq.ft. of space in the lower level of the building. There is just over 1,100 sq.ft. of mat space, plenty of seating, weights, kettlebells, cardio equipment, etc. We are open six days per week, including classes for both gi and no-gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Youth Jiu Jitsu (ages 7-15), Muay Thai kickboxing, and an 8-week Beginner/Orientation program for those who prefer to dip their toes before jumping in the deep end!
Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is that the student is the most important asset at the school. The entire process specifically focuses on a welcoming, friendly, and focused gym culture and an all-around inclusive environment with top-tier instruction.
